I work one on one with adults and specialize in helping people who feel exhausted from living in high stress, unpredictable relationships. This often includes addiction, but it can be any pattern that leaves you walking on eggshells, second guessing yourself, and trying to hold everything together.
I currently have openings and offer telehealth in Washington, Utah, California, Florida, and Virginia. I also accept several insurance plans, which you can review on my website.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in helping you make sense of what you are experiencing. I specialize in working with betrayal trauma, codependency, and high conflict relationship dynamics, often involving addiction. Many clients come in feeling disoriented and unsure of their own judgment. We focus on rebuilding self trust, understanding patterns without shame, stabilizing your nervous system, and developing clear, sustainable boundaries. This work is not just about insight, but about real change you can apply in your daily life so you feel more steady, confident, and in control.
