My Specialties Include Working With: Neurodiverse Individuals, LGBTQIA+ Individuals and Concerns, Trauma and EMDR, Sexual Wellness & Intimacy, Building and Exploring Self-Worth and Identity and Navigating Anxiety & Life Transitions
Approach
My approach is collaborative, relational and rooted in principles of equity, dignity, and collective well-being. I have advanced training in supporting neurodivergent individuals, trauma recovery, building self worth and anxiety/depression. My practice is LGBTQIA+, polyamory/CNM, and kink affirming, and I have received specialized training to support clients with these identities and lived experiences.
I practice from a sex-positive and inclusive framework that honors sexual autonomy and supports clients to feel more empowered and confident in their sexual lives.
My goal is to offer accessible, compassionate, and collaborative mental health care to women and gender-expansive individuals. If you're looking for support to navigate life's challenges with a friendly yet direct approach, I may be a good fit for you. My style focuses on helping you find meaning, strengthen your identity, and create direction in your life and relationships. It would be a privilege to support you as you begin the journey to living a more aligned life.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
What It's Like to Work With Me:
I want the best for you and your healing journey.
I will gently challenge you and together we will navigate the obstacles in your path.
I’m here to guide you and support you, not to dictate your choices.
We’ll explore relationships, boundaries, and the patterns that shape your life.
Therapy can be challenging, but I believe deeply in your resilience and capacity for growth.
As a relational therapist grounded in liberation values, I make space for conversations about racism, diet culture, politics, transphobia, homophobia, and the many systems and “isms” that impact our lives and well-being.
More About My Practice
Where Identity, Culture, and Healing Meet
As a Chicana who grew up along the Texas border, my work is deeply rooted in honoring where I come from: the stories, resilience, and cultural richness that shape how we move through the world. I carry that with me into this space, and it informs the way I show up with care, respect, and awareness of the many layers of identity we all hold.
My practice is grounded in two core values: authenticity and curiosity. What does that mean? It means creating a space where you can show up as your whole, true self; without shrinking, censoring, or performing. It also means encouraging you to stay curious about yourself and feel empowered to make choices that truly honor your needs, identities, and lived experiences.
