Clients I Work With

I work with thoughtful, fast-paced professionals who carry significant responsibility in their careers and relationships. Many of my clients are used to performing at a high level, but feel stuck when it comes to navigating anxiety, decision fatigue, or conflict in close relationships. You may notice yourself overthinking, shutting down, or struggling to communicate clearly under pressure. In relationships, this can look like recurring arguments, disconnection, or feeling like you and your partner are no longer on the same page. I also work with couples and individuals navigating life transitions and shifts in identity, helping them understand patterns and create more effective ways of relating.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on patterns rather than problems in isolation. I work from a systems perspective, which means we look at how your relationships, environment, and communication styles interact rather than placing the focus on one person. Sessions are structured but flexible, with a focus on helping you think clearly, identify what is and is not working, and make meaningful adjustments. I tend to be direct and engaged, offering observations and questions that help you see things from a different angle. My work is influenced by Solution Focused and systems-based approaches, with an emphasis on creating change that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with how you actually live and work.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by both clinical training and over 20 years in high-responsibility professional environments. I understand what it means to manage expectations, navigate complex systems, and make decisions that impact others while still trying to stay connected to yourself and your relationships. I value clarity, accountability, and thoughtful communication. I do not see people as problems to be fixed, but as individuals operating within systems that influence how they think, respond, and relate. I also have lived experience with Christian faith and am comfortable integrating spirituality into our work when it is meaningful to you. At the same time, I do not assume or impose any belief system, and I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.

More About My Practice

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I offer structured coaching services for those looking for a more focused or time-efficient approach. This includes a “Mental Physical,” a 2-hour deep-dive session designed to identify patterns across areas of life and provide clear, actionable direction, along with a follow-up session. For couples who prefer a non-therapy format, I offer a self-paced course focused on communication, conflict, and building a stronger relational foundation. I also provide consulting and speaking for organizations on topics such as communication, decision-making, and managing pressure in professional environments.
