Clients I Work With

Women's mental health is the foundation of my practice. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and maternal and perinatal mental health. With specialized training and an evidence based, personalized approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect. Together, we'll build a relationship that fosters resilience, confidence, and meaningful change in a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Approach

When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me curled up with a good book or spending time with my two dogs. I value finding joy in the little things. These experiences help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, rest, and connection, both in life and therapy; the same compassion we offer others is something we all deserve ourselves. Behind every credential is just a human. I know what it feels like to carry invisible burdens, question yourself, and long for a place where you don't have to hold it all together. While your story is uniquely yours, I believe healing can happen through genuine human connection, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
