Clients I Work With
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients have experienced psychological abuse, religious trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD), or difficult relationship patterns and are looking for clarity, healing, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
I also support individuals struggling with boundaries, attachment concerns, stress, feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for growth.
Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in creating emotional safety. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you understand your patterns, strengthen your coping tools, and reconnect with your sense of self.
I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring sessions to your unique history, attachment experiences, and current stressors. Together, we explore how past experiences may be influencing present relationships, boundaries, and emotional responses. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical skills, and move toward healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.
