I work with clients who feel stuck; moving from day to day knowing that they're not aligned with their true potential, but unsure of their next steps forward. Whether it's anxiety, depression, low self esteem, complex trauma, or feelings of unfulfillment, we will work together to explore, process, and bring harmony to all parts of you in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
Approach
I use a person centered, relational, and psychodynamic approach to help uncover the roots of the issue and work collaboratively to guide my clients to a place of empowerment and alignment with their true selves. We will explore beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work to make micro changes that feel adaptable and sustainable.
