Clients I Work With

Therapy for teens, college students, & young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, adoption, attachment wounds, & the pressure to keep it all together. Life can be exhausting and therapy shouldn’t feel like one more place where you have to perform. From the outside, it might look like you’re handling things just fine. Internally, you may feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or unsure why certain situations and relationships hit so hard. You do not have to be in crisis to start therapy. You just have to want things to stop feeling so heavy. Together, we’ll sort through the noise: what’s stressing you out, what’s weighing on you, what’s getting in your way, and what might actually help. You might not know exactly what you need yet, and that’s okay. We’ll figure it out together. Whether you’re burned out, overthinking everything, reacting more strongly than you want

Approach

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of what comes next. I also know how much it matters to find someone you can actually be real with. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. I’m not here to sit silently while you try to figure everything out alone. I’m here to help you connect the dots, understand your patterns, and make sense of what feels heavy, confusing, or hard to explain.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

As an adoptee, I understand how complicated it can feel to hold questions about belonging, identity, family, loss, connection, and the parts of your story that do not always fit into a neat explanation. That lived experience, combined with specialized training in adoption and trauma, shapes the way I show up in the therapy room.
