Clients I Work With
My clinical interests involve working with neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD), life transitions, self-identity, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger management, boundary-setting/communication, relationship issues, as well as trauma-focused work.
Approach
As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand what it’s like to feel those struggles inside and outside of ourselves. I aim to create a space for you to have that voice, the tools, and structural pieces to bring to the outside world. In our work, I often explore from a CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, and/or humanistic perspective. I also integrate faith-based counseling, spirituality counseling, as well as mindfulness based practices to help navigate the intersection between physical and mental growth.
More About My Practice
I also run a group every Wednesday called "Different Minds, Shared Hearts," a group catered to neurodivergent adults seeking navigation of the world ahead of them while promoting a space for others to connect and learn from one another. Contingent on this, an adolescent support group will also be in the works.
