People ages 10+ struggling with anxiety, phobias, and/or OCD. If you are tired of anxiety/OCD controlling your life, and are motivated to make changes, please reach out to me. I have experience with people across the lifespan, with specialized training in child/adolescent clinical psychology.
Approach
I use CBT and exposure/response prevention (ERP), which is considered the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for anxiety/OCD. I integrate strategies from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well.
