Clients I Work With
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other acute or complex mental health challenges. My clients may be struggling with overwhelming symptoms, emotional distress, or difficulty coping with life’s challenges and are seeking support to regain stability, confidence, and a greater sense of control.
I provide a supportive, respectful environment where clients feel heard and understood while working toward meaningful improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and trauma-informed. I draw on advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused approaches to help clients understand and manage their symptoms, develop effective coping skills, and work through difficult experiences.
I focus on individualized care and partner with each client to develop a treatment approach that supports meaningful, lasting improvement while helping them feel respected, heard, and supported throughout their care.
