I work with motivated adults navigating infertility, fertility treatment, family-building stress, pregnancy, reproductive transitions, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to keep moving forward when things feel anything but simple. I support clients who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their confidence and boundaries, improve relationships, and find a clearer sense of direction as they navigate uncertainty.
Approach
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore and process your experiences, identify patterns or challenges affecting your goals, and build practical skills to manage difficult emotions and complex relationship dynamics in day-to-day life. My clinical approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based, solution-focused, strength-based, existential, and trauma-informed methods to help you feel more grounded and empowered as you navigate the unknown.
