Clients I Work With
I work with adults across Los Angeles and California who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients grew up in strict or harmful religious environments and now carry religious trauma, spiritual abuse wounds, or shame tied to identity, sexuality, or worth. Others live with complex PTSD, childhood trauma, or attachment wounds that show up as people pleasing, perfectionism, emotional numbness, or feeling unsafe in relationships. You may feel stuck in survival mode, disconnected from your body, or exhausted from holding it all together. If your past still feels present in your nervous system, relationships, or sense of self, you do not have to heal alone. Together we create space for safety, clarity, and lasting change.
Approach
My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma informed. Sessions with me feel warm, collaborative, and paced around your nervous system. We move gently while still creating meaningful change. I use EMDR, parts work, and attachment focused care to help you process painful experiences, release what your body has been holding, and build safety within yourself and your relationships. Together we will explore patterns shaped by childhood trauma, religious harm, and survival responses with compassion rather than judgment. I create a non judgmental, LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming space where you can show up fully as you are. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel safer in your body, more connected to your needs, and more trusting of yourself.

I believe healing happens in safe, honest connection. I show up as a real human in the room, not an expert above you. My lived experience with trauma and harmful religious systems shapes how gently and respectfully I work with survivors of childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and religious harm. I value consent, autonomy, and moving at your pace. I believe your symptoms make sense in the context of what you lived through, and that your body has been doing its best to protect you. I am committed to creating a space that is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergent experiences, and diverse spiritual paths, including those who are deconstructing faith or have left high control religions. You deserve care that honors your story, your boundaries, and your agency.
More About My Practice
I offer individual therapy for adults via secure telehealth for clients across Los Angeles and California. This allows you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space, which can feel especially supportive when working with trauma. I offer EMDR intensives for clients who want more focused support around a specific experience or pattern. Limited in person sessions may be available based on location and fit. I also offer consultation for therapists who are new to trauma work or EMDR and want a supportive space to grow. My practice is paced, relational, and collaborative. We move with care, clarity, and respect for your nervous system and capacity.
