About this provider
Clients I Work With
I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults in California struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and adult ADHD. I work especially well with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally exhausted and are looking for practical, supportive treatment that fits real life.
Approach
I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and collaborative as possible.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My journey into mental health care began through my years of experience as a nurse, where I saw firsthand how closely emotional well-being and physical health are connected. Many of the individuals I cared for were struggling not only with medical concerns but also with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I realized that mental health often influences every aspect of a person’s life, including their relationships, career, physical health, and sense of purpose.
More About My Practice
As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring a holistic perspective to treatment. I understand that mental health symptoms do not occur in isolation, and I believe effective care considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis. I was drawn to this field because I wanted the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and help people develop the tools, insight, and confidence needed to improve their lives.
