Clients I Work With
Over the course of my 20 years in general and mental health care, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, life transitions, and other mental health challenges that affect their daily lives and relationships. I have cared for people seeking help for the first time, as well as those managing long-term mental health conditions who are looking for ongoing support and medication management. My goal is to provide a welcoming, culturally sensitive environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered to achieve lasting emotional and mental well-being.
