I work with anyone 18 and over who are dealing with many different issues. I have extensive experience working with those dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management, and more.
I have also obtained my perinatal mental health certification, and I am passionate about supporting the perinatal mental health community. It’s a major life transition for the entire family unit and you deserve to have that compassionate support throughout.

My goal is to help you feel confident to get through whatever you are going through. I emphasize non-judgmentalness and self-compassion throughout the process. I tailor my approach to you and your needs. I pull from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Strength-based, and more.

I am current out of network with insurance. My fee is $200 for 45 minute sessions.
I will be able to provide you with a superbill at the end of the month to submit for reimbursement.
