Clients I Work With

You're capable, driven, and successful — and exhausted in a way that's hard to explain to people who rely on you. You've done therapy before. You understand your patterns. But understanding them hasn't changed them, and you're frustrated that insight alone hasn't been enough. I work with CEOs, attorneys, and business owners throughout NJ, PA, and DE who are high-functioning on the outside but internally stuck — navigating anxiety, burnout, treatment-resistant depression, or trauma that previous therapy hasn't fully reached. If you've been waiting for an approach that actually matches the level you operate at, you're in the right place.

Approach

My approach is focused and direct — no generic advice, no conversations that don't move things forward. For clients who feel like they've tried everything, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and Spravato-assisted therapy (SAP) in collaboration with the physicians of Initia Nova. I've been providing KAP since 2017 — the first psychotherapist on the East Coast to do so. I'm present with you throughout your entire medicine session, providing active therapeutic support as the medicine works. I also offer telehealth talk therapy across NJ, PA & DE. Sessions are structured, intentional, and tailored to you.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that each person already holds within them what they need — that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about working compassionately with what you've lived through and reconnecting with the strengths already within you. Therapy becomes the space to work with what life has handed you and allow those strengths to emerge. Change happens through small, meaningful moments — not perfection. I also believe that understanding a pattern and being able to change it are two different things — and that the gap between them is where real therapeutic work lives. That belief has shaped a clinical approach focused on what lives underneath behavior, and on building the internal steadiness that makes change actually hold. This is the foundation I've brought to my work since 2013 — and to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy since 2017.

More About My Practice

Fostering Greatness offers a full KAP treatment model: preparation sessions, therapist-present medicine sessions, integration therapy, and ongoing support. KAP is provided in-person in Cherry Hill, NJ and virtually in Wilmington, DE, in collaboration with the physicians of Initia Nova. I also offer clinical consultation for therapists interested in adding KAP to their practice, and am building the Fostering Greatness KAP Collective — a supported network for licensed therapists who want to offer KAP without building the prescriber relationships and clinical framework from scratch. Free 15-minute consultations available. HSA/FSA accepted. Superbills provided. Out-of-network claims can be filed via Mentaya.
