Clients I Work With

I work with people who people who struggle with self doubt, rejection sensitivity, and avoidance even though their life experiences show they can do anything. I work with clients who are queer, trans, nonbinary, or cis. I use a neurodiverse and gender affirming lens. I work with artists, creatives, and independent workers. I work with those who struggle with ADHD type neurodiversity, depression, and executive functioning issues.

Approach

I use a strengths based lens which is humanistic and person centered. I see you as the expert in your life. I used your strengths to help you reframe from some of the challenges that are creating negativity for you. I also work with you to make actionable steps between each session to help you become more active in the direction of your life.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

As a queer, strengths based, and neurodiverse practitioner, I've always seen the strengths in people who struggle with feeling isolated from others yet have alot to offer the world. Supporting people build confidence will help them lean towards the directions in life they truly want to follow.
