I love working with young adults, adults, couples, and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, spirituality, intimacy struggles, life transitions, and more.
Approach
I use a warm and accepting approach, mainly based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I like my clients to feel like they're coming to visit a non-judgmental friend!
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I grew up in Oregon, and moved to Utah for school, where I met and married my husband in 2024. I got both my undergrad and masters from Utah Valley University. I chose to become a therapist because therapy has helped me in my life, and it continues to do so. Empathy is a strong value for me, and I love being able to channel that into my job. I feel passionate helping others make changes and live a more purpose-filled life.
More About My Practice
I am the sole owner and therapist at my practice currently. I chose the name Clarity Mental Health because I value helping clients find clarity through discovering values, and then helping clients act with purpose.
