My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the understanding that every person’s experiences and needs are different. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches depending on what feels most helpful for each client. Together, we can explore patterns, emotions, beliefs, and body-based experiences while building practical tools for navigating challenges and creating lasting change.
