About this provider
Clients I Work With
I enjoy working with adults who are going through difficult seasons of life and may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like themselves. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, co-parenting challenges, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I especially love helping women feel heard and supported while they work through change and find their confidence again.
Approach
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest without judgment. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, build practical coping tools, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe people deserve to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. I bring a genuine, down-to-earth perspective to therapy and understand that life can be messy, unexpected, and overwhelming. I value creating a space where clients can be themselves, talk openly, and feel supported without judgment.
