I believe young adulthood is a uniquely challenging stage of life, often filled with pressure around identity, relationships, career, and independence. Many people under 30 are navigating rapid life transitions while also trying to understand themselves and their place in the world. My work with younger adults is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I recognize that social expectations, cultural influences, and modern stressors can shape how people see themselves and their future. In therapy, I aim to create a supportive space where clients can explore their values, build self-awareness, and develop the confidence and tools needed to navigate this stage of life in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
