Clients I Work With

I work with couples experiencing ongoing conflict, emotional disconnection, and recurring relationship challenges who want to rebuild trust and strengthen their connection. I also support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, insecurity, unresolved trauma, or persistent emotional distress, even when they understand logically that things "should" be okay. My goal is to help clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and those they love.

Approach

My approach is experiential, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) model, both of which are evidence-based approaches for healing trauma and emotional distress. As a certified EFT therapist, I help couples recognize and transform negative interaction patterns into deeper, more vulnerable, and connected relationships. As a Level 3 TIST practitioner, I guide individuals in working gently with the effects of past trauma through safe, gradual, and stabilizing techniques that foster lasting emotional healing and resilience.
