Clients I Work With
I work with adults navigating relational trauma, difficult family dynamics, emotional invalidation, manipulation, control, and challenging relationships. I have a particular interest in supporting adults who have experienced narcissistic or manipulative parents, partners, or caregivers and may struggle with people-pleasing, over-explaining, self-doubt, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions. I help clients better understand their experiences, recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen self-trust, and develop a greater sense of clarity and confidence.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in understanding each client’s unique experiences and relationships. Rather than focusing only on coping with current challenges, I help clients explore relational patterns, develop greater self-compassion, and reconnect with their own perspectives and needs. I respect each person’s values, beliefs, spirituality, culture, and understanding of healing, working together to identify approaches that feel supportive and genuinely useful within their lives and relationships.
