Clients I Work With

I work with adults who are tired of pretending everything’s fine when it isn’t — people unpacking religious trauma, childhood wounds, ADHD struggles, or that deep sense of “I should be further along by now.” If you’ve ever felt disconnected from yourself, burnt out from being “the strong one,” or frustrated that your brain doesn’t seem to work like everyone else’s — you’re in the right place.

Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, casual, and deeply human. I’ll hold space for your story, but I’ll also help you look at it with new eyes. We’ll explore how old patterns show up in your present life and experiment with new ways of being — not overnight fixes, but slow, steady healing that actually sticks. You can expect equal parts depth and humor, reflection and realness. We’ll laugh sometimes, cry sometimes, and slowly build a relationship that helps you feel safe enough to change.
