About this provider

Clients I Work With

I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. I am also developing a clinical focus in women’s mental health, with a special interest in supporting women through the changes that come with menopause. I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming, and LGBTQIA+ supportive space where every client feels safe, respected, and accepted.

Approach

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and women's issues. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy and identify goals for meaningful change. I use talk therapy, CBT, positive psychology, and a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help you build self-awareness, recognize your strengths, and develop practical coping skills.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Justice, equity, and treating people with dignity have always been important to me, both personally and professionally. My professional experience has included work in rape and domestic violence advocacy, as well as addiction and substance misuse prevention. In my own community, I helped found a local homeless shelter and have volunteered with LGBTQIA+ causes supporting inclusion, acceptance, and equal rights. These experiences have shaped who I am and how I show up as a therapist. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, safe, and able to be themselves. In our work together, I hope you’ll find a place where you can bring your whole self and know that you will be met with warmth, compassion, and without judgment.
