I am a relational therapist where I feel the relationship is the therapy. I work with people who feel deeply --people who are insightful, caring and often very aware of their patterns but still feel stuck in them. Many of my clients struggle with emotional intensity, relationship dynamics, identity, self-worth and the lingering impact of past experiences or trauma.

Therapy with me is not a one size fits all experience. It's a relationship we build together. I work from a relational lens, which means I pay close attention to what's happening between us, not just what you're talking about. Sessions with me tend to be grounded, collaborative, and human.
