In-Person Availability:
In-person sessions are available Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am-4pm PST to Nevada residents at our office located at 1150 Selmi Dr. Suite 501 Reno, NV 89512.
Clients I Work With
I work with adults 18+, individuals, and couples, with a special focus on supporting folks who are navigating complex or relational trauma (C-PTSD). My work is grounded in a person-centered approach and guided by EMDR. I have also successfully completed training in Ketamine Assisted EMDR by the Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy Institute.
Approach
With a trauma-informed approach, I understand that all kinds of things can come up, be they attachment or inner-child wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, tough self-talk, or coping habits that just don’t work anymore. My goal is to help you understand what you’ve been carrying this whole time, and support you in building a new way of living that feels more connected and true to who you are.

I really believe that when we feel safe, seen, and heard, healing becomes possible. That’s the heart of any healthy relationship, and it’s what I hope to offer in the space we create together during our sessions. Additionally, I hope our work can be transferred outside of the therapy room to your relationships, professional life, and inner world. I value trustworthiness, responsibility, respect, integrity, and humility. I'm not perfect, and do not expect the people I sit with to be either. Let's be human together.
More About My Practice
I offer both in-person and virtual services in the state of Nevada and virtual services in the state of Virginia. I am currently offering a closed C-PTSD support group that focuses on education, validation, and connection; I plan to offer this group a few times through the year with new opportunities to join!
