Clients I Work With
I am currently accepting new clients. I specialize in maternal mental health, OCD, and ADHD. I provide compassionate support for individuals navigating pregnancy, infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion experiences, and postpartum challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or mood changes, you do not have to navigate it alone. I provide a supportive space where you can feel understood and build the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
Approach
My approach focuses on emotional regulation, coping skills, and practical strategies that help create meaningful change. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based treatment for trauma, and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD. Every treatment plan is tailored to each client's needs!

In addition to my work, I volunteer as a therapist at a pregnancy help clinic.
