I specialize in the overlap between trauma and emotional dysregulation. That can look like anything from binge eating to addiction, panic attacks to ADHD. (Not that ADHD is "just a trauma reaction." It's not!)

My foundation is existential and Buddhist psychology, integrating DBT, IFS, EMDR, and other somatic and mindfulness-based interventions.
