Tired of treating your depression only to feel like something is still missing? If you feel completely stuck because your medications aren't working, aren't working enough, or just don't feel right, you are not alone. I help adults and teens (10+) who feel exhausted by a chaotic emotional roller coaster—constantly battling a cycle of trying to keep up, only to crash into deep burnout, despair, and heavy brain fog. Together, we tackle lows that standard treatments just won't touch. Trouble Focusing: Feeling disconnected, scatterbrained, or like your focus is gone. Invisible Anxiety: A heavy, baseline worry that makes no logical sense. Medication Fatigue: Chasing higher doses without finding real relief. Let’s take a fresh, cautious look at your diagnosis to figure out what is truly driving your symptoms. Handling this is key to getting the most out of therapy.
Approach
In our sessions, we will focus on details and go in depth. People have said, "...no one has ever asked me that before." We review details such as-- when did you sleep, when did you wake up, how was the sleep, what did you eat. We also review your life history to look for patterns and analyze your personality. My approach with medication is to "go low and slow." I have a more conservative approach than your typical prescriber and will minimize or discontinue meds wherever I can.

I understand every day someone feels poorly is a day they are living in their life. Individualizing treatment can be a process but I always strive for people to not just avoid suffering, but to thrive. My goal is for people to be well enough they feel like themselves and can "be" their personalities.
