I primarily work with young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by school, work, relationships, family expectations, or uncertainty about the future. I also support individuals who struggle with emotional regulation, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficulty managing day-to-day stress. My clients are often seeking a safe space to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater confidence as they move through life's challenges.
