About this provider
Clients I Work With
Working with a diverse community in Western Massachusetts as a bilingual therapist, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I offer in-person counseling at my office in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, as well as virtual therapy throughout Massachusetts. I support children ages 6 through the tween years, teens, emerging adults, and adults. Together, we will create goals and a treatment plan based on your individual needs, strengths, experiences, and hopes for therapy. I especially enjoy helping people who are entering a new chapter or trying to reconnect with themselves.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. As a master’s-level clinician under the supervision of a licensed supervisor, I approach this work with patience, curiosity, and respect.
