Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout Florida who are seeking psychiatric evaluation or medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, or psychosis. I also welcome clients who already have a therapist and need a prescribing provider to collaborate with their existing care team. I support people from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds, including Black and BIPOC communities. Services are available in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and individualized. During appointments, I take time to understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, daily functioning, and treatment goals. We review treatment options together, including expected benefits, possible side effects, and appropriate monitoring. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care, clear education, and shared decision-making. With your permission, I can also coordinate care with your therapist or other healthcare providers.

I believe psychiatric care should respect each person’s culture, language, identity, values, and lived experience. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, informed, and involved in treatment decisions. I provide culturally responsive care in English, French, and Haitian Creole.

Rayoner Mind & Mood is a telehealth-only practice serving clients located in Florida. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management rather than ongoing psychotherapy. Clients may continue working with their established therapist while I manage their psychiatric medications. I confirm insurance eligibility and appointment availability before care begins.
