Therapy Expanded has two parts: a public directory and a private provider community.

The Team Behind Therapy Expanded
Therapy Expanded was built by longtime friends who care deeply about making online practice easier to navigate for both providers and clients.
Meghan Gilliland, LCSW, brings the clinical perspective. As a therapist in private practice, trauma specialist, online EMDR provider, and multi-state licensed clinician, she understands the real challenges of telehealth practice, cross-state referrals, and helping clients find care in the state where they need support.
Linda Mendoza Bain brings the marketing and communication perspective. With experience in marketing, copywriting, and website strategy, she helps make Therapy Expanded clear, accessible, and useful for the providers and clients it serves.
