Clients I Work With
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood instability, life transitions, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals or young adults who are tired of “just coping” and want to feel steady, focused, and like themselves again. If you’re struggling with overthinking, irritability, low motivation, sleep issues, or feeling disconnected, you’re not alone. We’ll work collaboratively to create clarity, stability, and lasting change.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both evidence and compassion. Sessions with me feel calm, structured, and conversational — a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged or rushed. I take time to understand the full picture of your experiences, patterns, and goals before making recommendations. I integrate supportive talk therapy and strengths-based, positive strategies, while also providing clear, personalized medication management when appropriate. You can expect honest feedback, practical tools you can use right away, and a plan we build together — focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe mental health care should feel safe, respectful, and empowering. I value honesty, cultural humility, and treating the whole person — not just a diagnosis. As a provider, I understand the pressure many high-achieving individuals carry and the strength it takes to ask for help. My approach is grounded in compassion, accountability, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and never judged. I honor each person’s background, identity, and lived experience, and I’m committed to providing care that is inclusive, thoughtful, and tailored to who you are — not a one-size-fits-all model.
More About My Practice
In addition to talk therapy and ongoing medication management, I offer telehealth appointments in both the early evenings and weekends for convenience and flexibility. I provide collaborative care coordination with therapists and primary care providers when appropriate to ensure continuity and whole-person support. Extended follow-up visits are available for clients who prefer more time during sessions.
