Clients I Work With
I work with adults (ages 18-64) across MN, ND, OH, and UT who are often the "fixers" or "peacekeepers" in their lives but feel secretly exhausted by chronic worry, guilt and childhood trauma. My clients typically present as having it all together while struggling internally with Complex PTSD, generalized anxiety, and perfectionism. They often rely on fawning or substances like alcohol or THC to quiet a relentless inner critic and "turn off" their brains. I specialize in helping these individuals dismantle the survival habits—such as people-pleasing and emotional numbing—that lead to burnout.

My approach is centered on moving beyond surface-level symptom management to heal the roots of your distress. e create a secure environment where you are free to set down the burdens of "fixing" others and explore the survival habits—like people-pleasing or emotional numbing—that have worn you down. I integrate evidence-based tools like EMDR and CPT to help you dismantle the cycle of self-criticism and anxiety. We’ll work together to understand the "why" behind your reactions, transforming deep-seated survival responses into lasting relief so you can finally prioritize your own needs and rediscover your authentic self.
