About this provider

I specialize in working with autistic people and their families. This is an area that is dear to my heart. I also love working with women’s issues including perinatal and postpartum related stressors as well as infertility challenges. My expertise also includes grief and loss, trauma, perfectionism, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Approach
I am a collaborative, creative, and empathetic therapist. I believe that in order to effectively meet your goals; sessions should be personalized based on your individual needs. I believe that the key to personal growth & success is to find balance and inner happiness within ourselves. As a therapist, my role is to provide a nurturing environment allowing the opportunity for self-exploration and growth. My style is direct yet holistic as I belief that the mind/body/emotions are all interconnected. If this approach aligns with your goals for therapy, I would love to connect with you and help you along your journey to better health.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety related to their challenges with pregnancy, motherhood, or parenting a child who is "neurospicy." During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand, and create a plan for addressing them that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients feel a positive change within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
