Clients I Work With
I work with adults who are used to holding a lot together, but feel overwhelmed beneath the surface. You may appear capable and high-functioning, yet internally feel anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, and a constant pressure to “keep up” or get things right. There are often patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling responsible for others. You might find yourself replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling like nothing you do is quite enough. Some clients are also navigating the impact of past experiences or relationship dynamics that continue to shape how they feel about themselves and others.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you understand what’s driving the patterns you’re stuck in, while also creating real, meaningful change. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or have the “right” answers. We slow things down, get curious, and begin to untangle the thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
I integrate approaches like ACT/DBT, parts work, mindfulness, and somatic-based practices to help you not just think differently, but feel differently. Some sessions focus on insight and processing, while others are more skill-based and practical. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, build self-trust, set boundaries, and move through life with more clarity and ease.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe many of the struggles people experience, like anxiety, self-criticism, and people-pleasing, develop as ways of coping, adapting, or staying safe. They’re not flaws, but patterns that once made sense. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself with more compassion and less judgment.
I value creating a space that feels steady, genuine, and emotionally safe—where you can show up without performing or minimizing what you’re going through. I believe lasting change comes from both insight, experience and brain change: making sense of your patterns while also practicing new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.
