Clients I Work With
I work with clients struggling with issues related to sex; sexuality; gender; relationships; and trauma. I provide care that comes from a humanistic lens and that ensures safety for my clients while they are under my care. I work well with people from all walks of life, and am particularly well-versed in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, nonmonogamous/polyamorous people and dynamics, and kink/BDSM-oriented people.
Approach
I work to ensure a strong therapeutic alliance between myself and my client(s), as I believe this is vital to therapy. I employ techniques and strategies that draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and Gottman modalities, and work to cater each client's experience to the individual.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I have worked in health care and mental health for most of my career and am passionate about the clients I work with. My greatest passion lies in relationship and sex therapy because I love to see the unique and profound ways people connect with others and with themselves.
I have been in my own therapy for over ten years and understand what it's like to be on the other side of things. I have a deep respect for clients who come to me and present themselves with vulnerability and authenticity.
Additionally, I am a practicing pagan and am knowledegable in areas related to paganism, witchcraft, some Eastern spiritualities, and different metaphysical practices.

I see clients who are seeking help for themselves and/or for their relationship dynamic. I offer services both in person and via telehealth. I accept most insurances in Utah and also accept self-pay clients.
