Clients I Work With

You say the right things in the meeting, you show up for the people you love, and still, the moment you're alone, the voice starts. You should have said it differently. Why do you always do that? What's wrong with you? For many people, that inner critic didn't appear out of nowhere. It has roots. Past experiences of loss, neglect, emotional wounds, or moments where you weren't protected the way you deserved to be can quietly shape the story you tell yourself about who you are. Trauma doesn't always look like a single dramatic event. Sometimes it's the accumulation of a thousand small moments that taught you it wasn't safe. I work with people who are tired of carrying the weight of self-judgment and shame. Together, we explore where that voice came from, what it's really trying to say, and how to stop letting it run the show. We will focus on the roots of what you are experiencing and on reframing the negative beliefs into more positive ones. You deserve a life that doesn't feel like a constant internal battle. Let's talk.

Approach

I do my best work with people who are open to being gently challenged, curious about going deeper, and ready to meet themselves with kindness. Together, we can soften the weight of the beliefs holding you back and move toward something that feels more like you. I am always looking for ways to grow so I can show up more fully for the people I work with. My approach weaves together various therapeutic methods tailored to your needs, from building emotional regulation skills to exploring where thoughts, feelings, and behaviors come from. One area I have invested in deeply is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a somatic approach that helps people release the grip of past experiences. Looking ahead, I plan to expand into other approaches that invite deeper self-reflection and a more compassionate relationship with oneself. Healing is not one size fits all, and neither is how I learn.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Like many therapists, my path into mental health was paved by lived experience, my own, and the journeys of people close to me. Those experiences planted a deep desire to understand, to sit with others in their hardest moments, and to help them find their way back to themselves. I found myself drawn to people who feel stuck in the past, who sense a gap between who they are and who they want to be, or who are searching for something more meaningful. That calling has connected me with individuals from all over the world, and what that's taught me is that there is no single road to healing. I show up with compassion, curiosity, and flexibility to meet each person exactly where they are.
