Clients I Work With
I enjoy working with adults struggling with a range of mental health issues, some of which include: depression/anxiety, body image, life transitions, stress management, ADHD, trauma, relationships, and issues relevant to the LGBTQA+ population.
Approach
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and empowerment- focused. I believe a trusting relationship with an open and compassionate therapist is essential for developing self-awareness, promoting change, and reaching goals. As such, I try to maintain a safe space free of judgement where clients are invited to explore the issues that brought them to therapy.
