Clients I Work With

I work with teens ages 12 and older, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and relationship challenges. I also work with clients who want practical support building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and creating healthier patterns in their daily lives.

Approach

My approach combines structured, evidence-based therapy with genuine connection and warmth. I draw heavily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with trauma-based interventions, to help clients understand patterns, build practical skills, regulate difficult emotions, and make meaningful changes. I want sessions to feel supportive and collaborative while still giving you concrete tools you can use outside of therapy.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe effective therapy starts with genuine connection and a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they are experiencing. I am committed to expanding access to high-quality DBT and CBT services in Colorado and supporting the next generation of clinicians through mentorship and supervision.
