Clients I Work With
I work with individual adults navigating life transitions as well as adults and their family members. Those who work with me feel a sense of connection, understood, safety without judgment, and emotionally held. I implement gentle, loving humor into our time together.
Many of my clients are new parents navigating new identities. Others are supporting aging parents or family members. People come to me unable to reconcile the new identities with who they were and want to be. We explore it together in a way that is nonjudgmental and curious, with compassion and safety.
Approach
In session, we look at patterns that you can recognize that are no longer serving you, and where they come from. We explore generational patterns and internal parts that exist in what is getting in the way of one’s processing. I look for patterns in one’s life, generational patterns in one’s family, and how problems get in the way of someone’s true self.
