Clients I Work With

I work with adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of chronic stress or trauma. Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply reflective, and feel disconnected from themselves despite outward success. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relational challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. I have a particular passion for working individuals, creatives, caregivers, and those unpacking cultural, generational, or systemic stress. My clients often seek a space where they can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, explore meaning, and build a life that feels aligned rather than performative.

Approach

My approach is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are supported together. I integrate somatic practices, mindfulness, expressive and creative interventions, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients develop deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation. Therapy with me is collaborative and experiential. It’s not just talking, but noticing, feeling, and practicing new ways of being. I focus on helping clients move out of survival mode, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and build sustainable tools for resilience, self-trust, and growth.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but remembering what’s already whole. My work is informed by lived experience, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the ways identity, race, spirituality, and environment shape our nervous systems and stories. I value authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and rest as essential parts of wellness. I am committed to affirming care and supporting clients in reclaiming agency over their bodies, boundaries, and narratives. I honor both science and intuition and believe therapy can be a space for liberation as well as relief.

More About My Practice

My practice offers a warm, reflective space that invites both depth and gentleness. Sessions may include talk therapy, body-based awareness, grounding exercises, guided reflection, or creative exploration depending on client needs. I work from a strengths-based lens and tailor therapy to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I welcome clients who are curious about growth, healing, and embodiment—even if they don’t have all the words yet. Therapy is a partnership, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
