I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are looking for practical and effective ways to better manage their mental health. Together, we will focus on healing, building resilience, reconnecting with personal values, and creating meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
Approach
My approach is built on a strong therapeutic connection where you will feel supported, understood, and safe to grow. Together, we will explore how to structure daily life in ways that better support mental health and overall well-being. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, along with EMDR to help process trauma and promote healing.

I firmly believe therapy works best when there is a genuine connection. A time and place where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and know you do not have to figure everything out alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Sessions are a space to slow down (we will go at your pace), make sense of what you are carrying, and identify meaningful steps forward. We will look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, create routines and structures that better support their well-being, and work towards reconnecting with your values and goals.
