Clients I Work With

I work with women ages 18-65 struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout and life transitions

Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and authentic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My passion for this work comes from helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through life’s challenges and transitions. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates empathy, accountability, and evidence-based practices such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I help clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, and self-esteem concerns while honoring each client’s unique experiences, identity, and personal journey.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

As a wife, mother, and person of color, I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be authentic, vulnerable, and understood without judgment. I have traveled the world and my personal and professional life experiences have strengthened my passion for helping others navigate adversity, life transitions, relationships, and emotional challenges with compassion and resilience. I value honesty, growth, self-awareness, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, evolve, and create meaningful change.
