Clients I Work With

You’re a high-performing woman- an attorney, doctor, business owner, or executive who carries responsibility for everyone and everything. You achieve goals effortlessly for others, yet internally you feel anxious, stretched thin and chronically overwhelmed. Focus, follow through, and boundaries can feel impossible. Toxic relationships drain you, the inner critic never rests and slowing down feels unsafe- even though you desperately want it. I help ambitious women recalibrate their nervous system, set boundaries without guilt, and reclaim clarity and presence- at work, home and in life. Together, we’ll create sustainable strategies so your ambition and wellbeing coexist. This is not surface level therapy. We’ll explore the patterns that drive over-functioning, perfectionism, and burn out. You’ll leave each session with clarity, practical tools and strategies you can apply immediately.

Approach

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply attuned to the mind–body connection. I integrate talk therapy with body-based awareness and practical strategies for managing stress, sleep, movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation shape- all of which directly impact performance, focus and resilience. Therapy isn’t just about insight—it’s about helping your body feel safe enough for change to happen so you can lead, perform, and live without chronic overdrive. I’m deeply attuned to my clients and focus on getting to the root of concerns—not just managing symptoms. This includes careful assessment and psychoeducation around patterns often overlooked in high-achieving women, such as trauma responses or ADHD diagnosed later in life. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the room, and I’ll meet you where you are—while still helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I’m not just a therapist who studied relationships—I’m someone who’s lived the work. As a wife, boy mom, and entrepreneur, I understand the pressure, disconnection, and overachievement that bring many clients in. I know what it’s like to hold everything together while quietly wondering if this is as good as it gets—and what becomes possible when you get honest about what’s really happening. At my core, I believe in the healing power of being truly seen. I’m intuitive, observant, and deeply attuned, noticing what’s said, unsaid, and held in the body. Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion, humor, and clarity, gently naming patterns around boundaries, self-trust, and people-pleasing. Therapy with me is real—you don’t have to perform. My goal is to help you feel understood, safe, and empowered to reconnect with yourself and build the life you actually want.

More About My Practice

My practice is fully virtual, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space—no commute or waiting room, just focused, compassionate support that meets you where you are. I am a private-pay provider and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation so we can determine whether we’re a good fit before beginning work together. For clients who want more depth or flexibility, I also offer extended sessions to better support your schedule and allow for more focused, meaningful work.
