I support individuals navigating complex trauma including childhood and developmental and relational and betrayal trauma as well as dissociation. I frequently work with high-conflict divorce and coercive control, family-of-origin dynamics, boundary work, and nervous system regulation and women’s issues like PMDD and perimenopause.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to your nervous system. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, understood, and not rushed. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story; we work together to gently make sense of your experiences over time.
