Clients I Work With
I work with adults and couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, or the emotional impact of past experiences. Some individuals come to therapy feeling frustrated by repeating the same patterns in their relationships, while others seek greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, or a stronger sense of purpose. Whether you are struggling individually or as a couple, I provide a supportive space where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, achieve clarity, and create meaningful change.
Approach
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping clients move beyond simply talking about problems to actively creating solutions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), family systems theory, and attachment-based interventions to help clients understand the deeper roots of their challenges while building healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and relating. Sessions with me are compassionate and nonjudgmental, but I am also active and engaged in helping you identify patterns, develop new skills, and make lasting changes that align with your goals and values.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe that growth is possible at every stage of life and that meaningful change begins with self-awareness, accountability, and compassion. As a psychologist, wife, mother, military spouse, and entrepreneur, I understand firsthand that life often requires us to navigate competing demands, unexpected challenges, and periods of uncertainty. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the importance of resilience, connection, and personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to make choices that support their well-being and the relationships that matter most to them.
More About My Practice
I provide virtual therapy services in 44 states, making it easier for clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in couples work and helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional connection. My work is grounded in helping clients develop practical skills that can be applied in everyday life, creating sustainable change that extends beyond the therapy session. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to invest in your personal and relational growth, my goal is to help you build a stronger foundation for the life and relationships you want to create.
