I'm passionate about supporting queer and neurodivergent teens and adults who have experienced relational or religious trauma find peace on the inside so they can live boldly on the outside. If you fit that description, you’re probably exhausted from constantly fighting with yourself. You might wonder why you’re always drained even though you feel like you’re never doing enough. To someone looking from the outside, it might look like you’re just sitting on the couch. But inside feels like all-out war between different parts of you that are fighting over what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Your body may not be moving, but your mind is racing. No wonder you don’t have any energy left.

My biggest goal as a therapist is to provide a space where people can untangle the mess they’re facing and discover who they are underneath. I love working with folks who are queer, autistic, have ADHD, or have experienced relational or religious trauma. I am also passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate the changes that come with emerging adulthood.
I primarily use internal family systems (IFS) therapy, which helps you come into a compassionate relationship with every part of yourself. I also provide sandtray therapy and Minecraft as options for when words just aren’t enough.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I became a therapist because of my own experiences in therapy and believe in the positive impact it can have. As a queer person with ADHD, I also know that therapy often does not have these identities in mind. Because of this, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is supportive of queerness, neurodiversity, and of all marginalized identities. While therapy alone can’t bring an end to oppression (rather it’s often been used to reinforce it), I believe that it can be a radical place of respite and healing from the harm caused by injustice.
I grew up in an evangelical Christian environment and went through a painful deconstruction process through college and early adulthood. I now hold spirituality with an open hand. I honor each person’s individual spiritual experiences and journeys, including no connection to spirituality at all.
More About My Practice
I founded Storied Space Therapy in 2025 to provide a soft landing place where people can explore their inner and outer universes. I strongly prioritize client safety, autonomy, and voice in the therapeutic process. Sessions with me are generally unstructured, although I can provide more structure to clients who prefer it. We usually just start with whatever you’re coming in with. From there, I’ll support you in slowing it down, untangling everything, noticing what parts of you are activated, getting curious about their stories, and helping them to write new ones. Tuning into the parts of you that are present involves a lot of mindful awareness of your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and anything else that might come up for you. Because of this, I’ll often say something like “what are you noticing?” when we’re working together.
